- You are only allowed to purchase through tickets (#💼・buy-dhc). Purchase elsewhere = no service/refund.
- Once you open a ticket, please purchase; otherwise your ticket will be closed after 1 hour.
- Trolling in tickets will lead to warning/timeout/ban.
- After placing your order, please be patient until we ping you and avoid spam. It won’t help your order.
- Accusing us of scam will lead to your ticket/order being closed with no refund or service.
- We can cancel your order anytime if you attempt to break our server/DHC TOS.
- Fastpass doesn’t mean instant delivery, but it helps speed up the process.
- If you’re paying with a credit card in PayPal, you may pay a 10% extra fee.
- Threatening us or our Discord will lead to your order being cancelled with no refund.
- When paying with boosts, you must claim the same day you boost; otherwise no rewards will be given.
- Purchasing while blacklisted (BLACKLIST role) leads to no refund or DHC.
- Orders will be closed if there is no attempt to pick up for 10 days.
- No refunds on any purchase.
- Starting 1/13/2025, there are no refunds provided in any way. If we are unable to deliver, the order will be cancelled with no refund.
- Not following ticket instructions can lead to no refund and your order being cancelled.
- Filling out the
/vouchcommand wrong will lead to a blacklist. - Giving a bad review without a valid reason may lead to a blacklist (e.g., “long wait time” alone is not valid).
- When paying with PayPal, you must pay via Friends & Family with no notes. (Notes = NO REFUND.)
- When paying with Cash App, you must pay with Cash App balance (no bank) and no notes. (Notes = NO REFUND.)
